Meditation before starting a new project

Before I start a new project I always love to take a 30 minute meditation session. It helps me to visualize what I want to create plus it helps ground me so that i may put all my positive energy into my craft. It all starts with letting go of any negative thoughts or feelings I may have from outside influence. Once I'm ready to sit and shut up I block out any outside interruptions (husband included 🤘) I clear my mind and some days are better then others. I may not be able to sit still for a full 30 minutes or I maybe way to HYPER (adult ADHD) so I may run around full of giggles and have a lot laughs just depends on how much caffeine I had that morning. I will always ask for assistance from a goddess of my choosing for that particular purpose. I then end with a small happy dance and put my thinking cap on.
